I am so grateful to Whitaker Roofing Company, LLC and especially Ryan Whitaker!
First, I had been denied by my insurance company three times	for a new roof. I had even paid another home improvement company $7,000 out of my own pocket, but unfortunately my roofing problems continued. I still had spots on my ceilings, and shingles were falling whenever we had rain, storms, or hail storms.
Then, by what I truly believe was a blessing, I met Ryan Whitaker while his company was doing my neighbor's roof. I told one of the men that was overseeing the work being done what I had been going through, and he told me to contact Ryan, I'm so glad I did. He didn't just listen—he fought for me!
Next, he worked with my insurance company, stayed persistent, he called me daily and met with the field adjustor at my home to see my roof damage and waited in his car for him to show up for three hours!
Ryan did not give up. I had already been told no three times and honestly, I was just bracing myself for the usual disappointment. To make a long story short, thanks to Ryan and Whitaker Roofing
Company, I finally have the new roof my home needed.
Ryan, thank you for fighting for me when I was ready to give up. You made me feel like my home and my situation mattered. I will always be grateful for what you did for me.
You are a very polite young man, that always addressed
me saying, yes ma’am and I appreciate your manners. I had so many questions and you told me” My office will handle all that you don’t have to worry any longer.”
Finally, I had hope, You’re definitely, an asset to this company.
If you need a roofing company, I highly recommend giving Whitaker Roofing Company, LLC a chance. Sometimes meeting the right person at the right time
really is a blessing.	🏠❤️

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Whitaker Roofing Company. From start to finish, they made the entire process easy, quick, and stress-free.

Jacob Penson was fantastic to work with. He was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. I was extremely impressed with the pricing, communication, and how quickly everything came together.

The roof looks great, and the quality of the work was excellent. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and kept everything moving without any headaches.

I’m 100% happy with the entire experience and really appreciate Jacob and everyone at Whitaker Roofing for making what could have been a stressful project so easy. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

Dakota with Whitaker Roofing was friendly and professional. He demonstrated more knowledge about roofs than any of the other two roofing representatives that we talked to. We have received compliments from all of our neighbors about how great our new roof looks.

Whitaker Roofing did a great job making this a stress free and easy process. They got on the phone with me and my insurance company to help file the claim and keep communication with me the entire way which places my mind a easy about replacing my roof and gave me step by step updates on how the install process would happen. The day of the installation the crew showed up early and was very professional the entire day of the install and did a great job and cleaned up as they went. Very happy with the install.

After a fairly severe hail storm, I received a door knock from Levi Hanson, a representative of Whitaker Roofing Company. He was in his company truck and came prepared to fully inspect my roof, and knocked it out quickly.

Levi showed me the photos when he climbed down, and pointed out the high numbers of hail impacts that caused damage to my shingles and all of the soft metal on the roof, as well as a section of ridge cap that the thunderstorms had ripped off the roof.

He then grabbed a tarp, nails and a hammer before ascending the ladder the second time, to cover the exposed roof ridge cap to prevent water damage.

We talked about my present roof situation, about Whitaker Roofing and about my homeowners insurance.

Levi impressed me with his deep knowledge of his industry and the nature of the difficulty in dealing with Allstate Homeowners insurance claims. Allstate can be difficult to deal with when compared to others in the Insurance space, and I was not looking forward to numerous calls, forms, meetings, inspections and all of the other minutia that has to fall in line in order to successfully navigate the claims process.

So, I decided to let Levi and Whitaker Roofing handle Allstate with the guarantee that I would only be on the hook for the deductible as stated in my policy.

Levi submitted the claim forms and evidence, I simply had to sign the forms; couldn't have been easier or less time consuming.

Over the next week I was copied on all messages and emails that were passed back and forth. Then I received a message from my bank that Allstate had electronically deposited the claim payout, minus the deductible, and Levi wedged me into their quickly filling schedule for their local crew to knock out the remove/repair/replace roofing job.

Levi presented all of the materials samples and color choices and confirmed everything with his vendors and the crew for the scheduled date.

The day before work commenced, three pallets of roofing materials and replacement decking appeared in my driveway, and early the next morning the crew arrived and immediately went to work spreading large tarps all around my house and we're stripping off the old shingles within minutes.

The crew on the roof dropped the removed shingles directly on the tarps, while the ground crew constantly moved it off the tarps and into the industrial trash bin. They made several passes around the house with their magnetic rakes to collect all nails for the trash bin.

By lunchtime they were already done replacing decking and starting on the new shingle system, and by 16:00 (4pm), they were finishing the cleanup.

The new roof looks fantastic, every line is straight and perfectly spaced, and the new ridge vents were moving the hot air out of the attic better than the old turbine style vents ever did.

Levi and Whitaker Roofing checked all of my qualification boxes, (Licensed, insured, certified and a local presence.), and performed flawlessly in this major transaction I entrusted to them, and I could not be more pleased with both the experience and the results.

I've recommended Whitaker Roofing to all of my neighbors, and now to you the readers of this honest review.

Cheers

We were in immediate need of gutters and was referred to WRC for installation. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process, from start to finish the team was detailed and reassured me that everything would be done as quick as possible. Highly suggest WRC if anyone is in need of gutter work, thank you for such an amazing experience.
